I trust her. She has a great head on her shoulders and her real estate advice has been spot on so far. The area where we bought this house is growing rapidly and the few improvements we made to make the house liveable for us are things buyers will want. Even if we price the home to break even we'll be less expensive than the competition and will have things the competition won't have.

You are in better shape than people across from us
They haven’t made any significant improvements and will be pricing themselves out of our neighborhood...
Will take a strong market to get their price point
I don’t know that our area is that competitive although our neighborhood is finished and right now no homes on market...
