Hi,
Please forgive me if I don’t get this post perfect, I’ve just joined the site and this is my first crack at it. I will soon be moving to Burleson with my 2 small children, ages 3 and 4. I’ve been trying to search for neighborhoods that are pretty family centric with good schools, a community pool, perhaps a park and children that enjoy playing outdoors. My budget is around $250-350k. If the situation is perfect, I would be happy to go up to $400.
Thanks in advance for any advice you are willing to share.
Best,
Julie

We looked in Deer Creek Ranch back in 2015 and it seemed very nice. Families were out in the community pool and a group of teenagers were playing volleyball in the courts. Lot of house for the money. Most needed some updating but had great bones. Good luck in your search! That amount of money still buys a really nice property down there.
