I am a new home owner in Plano, and also very new to Texas. Can you recommend some electricity, water, Cable and home insurance company. Any insight will be appreciated. Thank you!

Welcome to Texas. Since Plano is much closer to Dallas than Fort Worth, you'll probably find better answers in the Dallas Forum. The one piece of advice I can offer is to visit the website powertochoose.org for help choosing an electric provider.
