Hi I will be working with populations in these two areas soon. Can you all tell me about this part of Euless? Demographics, home values and schools. Is there a sense of community? Are the apartments income restricted? I’ve attached a link of the specific areas.

Thank you!

I shop at the Kroger at Euless Main and Harwood fairly frequently. The people in the store are very diverse; there are Hispanics, Africans (as in from Africa), African-Americans, whites, etc. There are always several people wearing American Airlines uniforms since the airport and HQ are so close by. Most of the houses in that area, especially along Bear Creek, are brand new and on the higher end of the typical Euless home values. The apartments north of Harwood appear to be well kept and nice. (I don’t know if they are Section 8 or not, but you could find that out with a quick phone call.) HEB ISD schools are good. I can’t speak to the ratings for the individual schools in this neighborhood, but as a while, it’s a good district.

I drive down Trinity Blvd every day to get to/from work. The area along Trinity Blvd is all fairly new apartments (also not sure if they are Section 8 or not). I see lots of young professionals, and lots of American Airlines employees, in the Starbucks and fast food places there. The TRE station is within this section, too. It draws a big crowd and the parking lot is frequently close to full.
