I am looking into building a house in the housing addition called Bellaire Ridge in Fort Worth (builder is Aston Wood). I have heard so many different things that it is hard to make a decision if I should keep it as a possibility or not. Even though the homes are small, I am told that due to location that they will appreciate because land is at a premium in this area. On the downside, I am concerned about the layout of the development{steeply layed out - drainage/ flooding concerns}. Can anyone give me so real information about this development. Even though the homes are on the upperend of my budget I would consider living there if I know that it will appreciate. Thanks for any advice.

You're asking some great questions and it's obvious you're doing your homework. A Realtor can't and shouldn't try to give advice about drainage and flooding... but should certainly be able and willing to guide you to an expert who can!
