I am considering buying a residential lot on cooks lane between lowery and randol mill but noticed that on the Fort Worth Zoning map under the master thoroughfare plan it shows that there are plans to build a road connecting cooks lane to precinct line is this correct? and do you recommend buying on cooks lane ? I would appreciate your input

That area is mixed. The shopping at Eastchase is notorious for car break-ins, and the Woodhaven area just west of 820 is to be avoided at all costs. But the area you’re looking at is up north along the Trinity River, so it’s a bit removed from the troublesome areas. I’d drive around in the evening and see what it’s like after dark.
