If someone built a 3 story bldg how tall would it likely be in height generally

and how far would you be able to see from the highest windows...

I know there is geometry formula to figure this out because of angles and heights

we just found out that a house we have under contract that has piece of park land immediately behind it and part open land for development past the park land--that the development land was under contract by company that wanted to build 3 3-story office type buildings--one of them medical center and one an assisted living complex...

the company put the land back up for sale and did not go through with their construction because of the drainage they would have to have put in...
but now we are concerned about haivng something tall overlooking our back yard...we thought construction was limited to one-story because that is all that is built on that side of the main road it fronts on...

I would say 30 feet, if it had 8 foot ceiling. and the highest window 22 or so foot off the ground
