Hey there,
I'm curious on what the commute is like to Ft. Worth off Seminary Dr. and the James Rd. area from Denton. I'd be travelling maybe once or twice a week..

Is the drive better than Denton to Dallas?

Any input would help.. Thanks

It all depends on the time. it would be about a 45 min drive. That would depend on the time of day

my son was grad student in denton and had apt there for while couple of years ago---when he would come to visit us who live in Bedford he would come down 377 to 114 and come in the back way
but 377 right now from about Mt. Gilead is undergoing widening--big project--traffic is really bad/congested even when it is not rush hour...
so 377 once you are inside Keller is not that great...
I 35 inside the Loop especially is busy and crowded--that is an old freeway and an accident can really block traffic--going through downtown could be shorter but more time consuming
the 820 Loop West side is not that bad from what I have read and see on the morning tv traffic info but getting to it would be the problem--
both major roads are not good in morning traffic from Keller on I 35 or 377 to 820 north or maybe cutting across on Western Center to Blue Mound south to 820W...

I35 is not a good road--very busy either way in the normal rush hour...
