It is very nice. That area around dowtown is a great area for those who can't afford these very expensive home. The crime is low. It has atmosphere. Parks. Good schools. It's a vibrant community. It's not a area on the decline. New homes are being built on old city lots.

Yabbut...

I live in a neighborhood that feeds into Cannon, and I can honestly tell you that there are not many Hispanic families in my neighborhood. I can think of only 3-4 houses on my entire street. HOWEVER, most of the people who live in my neighborhood are older or people without young children. So, many of the young kids who do live in this neighborhood are Hispanic. But the overall majority of the population here is not Hispanic.

Do I make sense? ;-)

Thanks for all the inputs. It is going to be a High end Bakery. We have some friends that live in North FW and their kids go to Keller schools. I did some research aboutthe percentage of Hispanics and the ones with 3-% or more came out to be Blue Mound, Haltom City, River Oaks and Samson Park. Thank I looked at the crime web sites and it was kind of scary to tell you the truth. We need to open the Bakery close to a large Hispanic area, but not in that area if you can understand me. We are thinking or moving the family either to the Keller area, South lake or Grapevine, but we are renting first as we would like to have a feel for the area not to mention that we also have to sell our home here.
Thanks
