I have just started reading/posting on this site and have yet to hear anyone moving to tarrant co and looking for information about homes and schools mention Trophy Club--Trophy Club is east of I 35 and north of 114n northwest of the Southlake area and I believe its schools could be in Southlake Carroll or the Northwest ISD...the homes in Trophy Club vary in price and age ---the development started about 20-25 years agoi and there is new construction still going on=== some of the lots are almost a half acre and many have trees....
it was designed and planned as kind of a self-sufficient little town--it is out by the Solana complex where the Fidelity investment co has offices and IBM and Sabre ---there is hospital and drs offices-- but not a lot of other retail shopping--it is close however to Southlake retail shops...and Grapevine Mills mall complex

I know a few people who live there and they like it--they think community values are strong (like the whole neighborhood has a garage sale once or twice a year---there is golf course which is pretty pricey membership--kids' athletic leagues--

Just kind of surprised that no one had asked about it or mentioned considering it...

Don't much about it, except that it's a very odd name to give a town. The population is only about 7000, so, it's really small. However, based on the fast grow of the suburbs like Euless, Plano, Southlake and Colleyville, I doubt that it will continue to be that small in the next 10 years. The school district is the Northwest IDS with Northwest High School. However, next August, a new high school named Byron Nelson HS will open. The design is really state of the art and the residence had their input in every aspect of the building plan. You should check it out on the site. The architecture is really cool. As far as geography I think that Trophy Club might be closest to Southlake. They're only about 5 miles apart if I;m not mistaken.

do not understand why anyone would resurrect a 2007 thread that basically has no significant info of the moment...and I was the OP...
