they can't drill--but with natural gas this low and what may be a slowing economy and the possibility of imported liquid ng from Canada coming in they may decide that now is not the right time to start up their company...

Sonofabitch! My signing session was scheduled for next week, so looks like mom won't be having that operation.
So does that mean those who were lucky enough to have their signing session already, get to keep the signing bonus?
I imagine that in order to drill, they'll still need signatures from everyone else...but it'll be after they renegotiate the bonus and royalties to peanuts.

Chesapeake backed out of the deal that would have paid us 20k per acre, and 30% royalties, at the last minute - literally days before the checks were to be issued.
