Can anyone recommend a couple of builders in the H.E.B. area with existing inventory priced around $250,000 to $325,000. Want to be close to Hurst.

thanx

in that price range you are looking south of hwy 10
no new construction in Hurst north of freeway except a few lots left to build or w/new homes in Chisolm Trails or off Glade and they are all over 400

check ebby.com map--shows listings by price and you can search by area

There are townhomes being build in Euless by Carmel Builders in that price range. They are north of 183 and south of mid cities blvd.

Portrait Homes is also building townhomes in Euless. Close to there in Irving is David Weekley with townhomes as well.

These builders have inventory. For SFR KHOV is the cheapest and they're in Colleyville in the low 400s.

If you'd be willing to buy an existing home, there are LOTS on the market right now in that price range in Hurst. Lots of them are nicely updated, too. You can get GOOD deals on existing homes!!!

David Weekley builds over there also in that price range. You also have Sandlin homes, Meritage Homes and Dr Horton in West Irving. All nice home.
