You definitely need to check out Sundance Square. While it doesn't have the megaclubs of New York, Las Vegas, or even Dallas, it does offer quite a bit more than outside of downtown FW. I admit that outside downtown (and Stockyards), the club life is pretty sad.

Thanks!
Fort Worth is the 17th largest city in the United States Lacroix. It's hardly a "small city." And the nightlife in Fort Worth is spectacular. Have you never been to the Stockyards?

However, fort worth doesnt seem to have that. Why!? I live in Arlington which is technically fort worth area. I've already mentioned Dallas's issues, but fort worth has far more. I mean, all the people I know in Fort Worth literally have to pack up on a road trip just to head out to a club at night. Thats so inconvenient. What if you want to party in your town? You cant because they dont have much to offer for younger crowd. Its just sucks.

Fort Worth has got to be one of the most boringest towns I've seen. It lacks a descent nightlife, and there doesnt seem to be one in the making. Fort Worth makes Dallas seem like a beacon. And from I-30 at night...the green tower in Dallas is a beacon
Because it's a re-e-eal laid back and quiet place. And people like it that way.

There's the occasional Caravan of Dreams when called for, maybe.

edubya: I wish there were more "bass-thumpin' nightclubs", since I play bass. I would love to find a nice jazz trio gig like I used to have. We didn't play so loudly that people couldn't carry on a conversation without screaming in one another's ears. I guess that means it wasn't really a "bass-thumpin' nightclub". Never mind.

^ There's a jazz club in Sundance Square called Scatman Lounge or something like that. I haven't been there yet, but have thought about checking it out someday.

My apologies. I'm from Chicago and comparing FW to it, this is a small city.

Compared to Chicago, any American city other than NYC or LA will considered small to you.
