I saw it upon approach driving down 820. Very cool!! Many people out taking pictures on the Lake Worth Bridge.

I was sitting out on my back patio having some coffee about 30 minutes ago and lo and behold, I saw the jumbo jet with the shuttle on it's back cruising off to it's next stop!

Yeah..it flew right over my house. Very cool!
I was kinda hoping the kids school took them out to watch it, but somehow I doubt it. sigh.

I did video it, but my camera isn't very good at high in the sky moving objects. haha

That's great you folks got to see this very rare event.

I saw the departure this morning at 11:06 a.m. But I admit it was anti-climactic. I would get a lot more sensory satisfaction seeing an actual rocket launch. One day ...
