We don't have experience with that service dept. If you are looking to get your rover serviced you could try Brit Auto or Cowtown Rover. Jeff at Brit Auto is good to work with and Sam at Cowtown was the former head service guy at Land Rover FW.

Downfall to either of these places is that you don't get a loaner.

I had a pleasant experience at Autobahn (service was for a LR3). They don't give you a loaner but took me in Range Rover comfort to and from work that day . The service was complimentary from Rover at the time (about 2-3 months ago) so can't comment on their prices but the quality of the job and ability to accomodate me in their schedule was top notch. The location can be a pain depending on where you live and time of day (traffic to/from FW sucks big time) so just be prepared.

I'm actually a Land Rover tech (5+ years) now working at Mercedes in Austin. My in-laws currently live in Carrollton & my wife really wants to be closer for the benefit of our son. I interviewed there today & was actually impressed with the facilities & the management. We haven't made up our minds about anything yet, but I was really impressed, so it might work out. Honestly, I'm ready to let Austin be gone. It's gotten too militant liberal (its always been liberal) & a town that mourns the death of a homeless transsexual might be too California-ized for me.

With all that, I was just looking for positive feedback on the dealership.
