Is there one? I have no intention of comparing it to Chicago-style or NYC-style, as unless you're in those locations, your chances of getting the 'genuine' article are nil. Even when you're there, you've gotta know where to look.

However, I'm trying to avoid Pizza Hut, Dominos, CiCi's (which has it's place, sometimes), those kinda places.

Thanks!

Oh, we're effectively across from The Parks Mall, for reference.

I left Arlington in 2003, but we used to really like Tony's Pizza. There used to be a couple of locations, one on Little Road we used, and one over on Park I think. Tony's is owned by real NY Italians who relocated to Arlington.

Check your yellow pages, they should still be in business......Great pizza, haven't found any to compare in the Beaumont area......

There's Nizza Pizza off of Cooper and Park Row. The owner is originally from New York. The pizza is supposedly "New York" style. I personally never thought the pizza was anything to write home about but give it go.

Cool, thanks for the tips.

I'd almost written off Nizza Pizza just 'cause of the building.

We tried what used to be Tony's, on Arkansas, just west of Cooper, and while it's now Joey's, it's still pretty good.

Now, it's not write-home-about good, but the prices are right, the pies aren't skimpy, and it was tasty.

What a great place! The food is good and inexpensive. They are off Arkansas and Davis. They deliver!!

Mama's Pizza in Fielder Plaza is pretty good, but it's closer to 30 than you may want.

Everyone seems to have their own idea of pizza.

Corky's (I-20 & Little Road) southwest corner just south of I-20 does brick oven pizza. Family place - Mr K loves it. They do a lot of "white" pizza if you like that type.

My favorite is Campisi in Kennedale. Their pizza is my all time fav and different than any I've ever had. Always worth the short drive for me. They have been a Dallas institution for a long time and built a place near on the liquor stores at Mansfield Hwy & I20.

Campisi's Restaurant-Campisi's Restaurant

No delivery at either place but I usually call in and pick up.
