Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could give me a ball park estimate on monthly royalty income for a house in Southlake. The house is on a half acre lot.
Thanks a lot and happy New Year!

if it has not been leased by now--it won't

depending on the well that is drilled--when/if--most people were given 1/20th royalty--prices are down--people with active wells are seeing their monthly income drop
don't think having property lease in this area will pay for your house note--it won't
it goes by the size of your property in relation to all other land area in that well pool--a half acre is not much when you compare it with other size leases like 10 acres or 1000 acres...maybe 200 a month if you are lucky but that amount is dropping since prices are in the tank
