How hard would it be to get a job at places like Pizza Hut, at a grocery store, delivering newspapers, working at a warehouse, etc?

Are these types of jobs still easy to come by in the current economy? From what I understand most parts of Texas aren't feeling the bite of the recession as bad as the rest of the nation.

Thank You.

Go walk around any mall or large shopping center and you'll see lots of places with Now Hiring signs.

I don't know about $12 an hour, but $8 is very easy to find.

Hi ColdMan1986,

Can you elaborate a bit on what type of employment you are looking for (i.e. FT/PT; evenings/wknds or daytime; etc.) Also; do you have an updated resume or summary of work history that you could list as well?

I am a Recruiter for a retail-based field marketing company. I do NOT work for a staffing agency and am NOT a headhunter looking to make commissions; so I might be able to point you in a good direction or provide you with some non-biased advice.

Hope this helps!

field marketing as in selling products on the street plus if you read his post he stated what type of jobs he was looking for. There is no need to elaborate further and certainly not posting your resume.
