I am moving to the Ft Worth area and will be working in the Burleson area. Please give me advice on where I should be looking for a nice area to live. There will be two single adults in our early 30's. Would like to be close to night life and work. No kids so I don't need to worry about the school systems. Just want a safe and fun place to live and experience your city. More than likely will only be living there for 3 months. Any info will help.

Thanks.

if you are only here for 3 mo then apt dwelling is most likely--not going to find what you want in Burleson itself...
I would say the area around Hulen St/Mall and Bryant Irwin with commute south to Burleson (about 15-20 min one way) would be most likely choice--
apts there are in variety of price ranges/ages
area is generally safe and has restaurants/bars/shopping/movie theaters/drs (doc in the box)/hospitals...
would be easy drive into downtown Sundance Sq entertainment area or us I-20 or 30 to get into Dallas via the freeway system...

2 comments:3 month leases are extremely uncommon everywhere I've ever been (including Fort Worth). Reputable apartment complexes won't offer them. Landlords in nice or even decent areas won't offer them. Maybe you can stay at an extended stay type motel.Burleson has no nightlife to speak of. There are clubs & bars throughout Fort Worth but the only place I know of where they are a bunch of them together is Sundance Square in downtown. Not a cheap area to live
