Where are good areas around Fort Worth to live? I lived there once a few years ago but lived close to the Baptist Seminary there. Then I moved to Venus. I did not get out to much due to the fact I worked all the time! So I do not know the area to well. Any suggestions? Thanks

nice places to live abound in the DFW metroplex
places in your price range, with good commute to your job and good school district are usually what people are asking for...
seems like you don't know where you will be working so living in someplace like North Richland Hills and working in Plano is not feasible...
even working in S Arlington and living in Haslet is not something most people would consider...

My husband has a truck driving job which he can keep and still live in Texas. So that is not the problem I just needed some nice neighborhoods or towns that were nice but not totally outrageous on rent prices. That is what we want to do at first is rent.

the price you want to pay for rent will limit where you search
click a google map and see towns in Tarrant county area
run a search for rent houses in your price range
then run search on this site for those towns

there are people that have good things to say about almost ANY area in Tarrant county

We are from Louisiana, too! We currently live in Burleson, and love it! We will be moving soon, due to a job transfer....(If anyone is looking for a house to buy, please e-mail me!) Good luck with your move!
