Hi, we are moving to FW from Kingsville. I will be working at the Naval Air Station. We found a nice house after much searching in a new development called Santa Fe Enclave. It is just north of the 35/820 intersection. Just wanted to know if anyone lives in this community. My wife is concerned about crime and I'm concerned about the quality of the houses in the subdivision.
Thanks for any help.

I personally don't live in this community but I have taken 2 buyers who I have worked with out there. Sante Fe Enclave is a DR Horton community. It's a beautiful, gated community. The exteriors of their homes are different than your average 100% brick type of houses. The only negative, to me that is, about that community is that there are no sidewalks.

You should go and ask the neighborhoods in Sante Fe Enclave about crime and to see if they have any issues with there homes.

Have you looked at any other communities besides Santa Fe Enclave? What is your price range??

Not having sidewalks in a gated community is less of an issue. I live here and love it...just wish the new home construction would finish!!!!
