For all you marching-band nerds...

Drum Corps are very popular in the Northeast, but a large majority of their members come from the D/FW area. Why, because it's too darn hot to march outdoors during the Texas summers.

If you are interested in participating in an all age-corps check out our new indoor drum corps.

Why an indoor corps.... It's Texas. it's hotter tan h###, and if you have ever had the soles of your shoes melt on astro-turf then you would definitely appreciate an indoor performance venue.

42 is a brand new corps, and for 2010, the corps will be joining the Small Drum Corps Association to perform as an Arena Drum Corps.

If you know someone who lives in our area, and loved their marching band experience please tell them about our new corps.

Check out the website http://www.42corps.org

42 is part of the Frontier Performing Arts Association of Dallas, TX. FPAA will also be working to develop a state-wide competition circuit for Arena Drum Corps in Texas.

We’ll be having an interest meeting on Saturday, September 26th, from 2:00 to 4:00

Golden Corral Restaurant in Grapevine, TX.
2605 E Grapevine Mills Circle
Grapevine, TX

It’s hot in Texas, and 42 and FPAA are looking to make it even hotter.

I love the DCI bands. I've been to quarterfinals a couple of times, and was blown away. I especially like Phantom Regiment because of their repertoire (I like classical music). I'm a professional musician and appreciate what they do!
