Hello,
I'm a single mother of a 8 yr old looking for a safe neighborhood. I would like to rent at least a 3 bedroom house/townhome/apartment. I'm looking at relocating to the Grand Praire/Arlington/Irving area but I'm having trouble finding good schools as well as a nice place. I will be commuting near 30/408. Any help you can give me I would really appreciate it

Arlington has the better school district of the three. Check North Arlington around the Green Oaks/Ballpark Way streets. I used to live in that area about 7 years ago however, I don't know if it is still safe...Larson, on the other side of HWY 360, is a good elementary school and there are some neighborhoods close to the school that are considered in the city of Grand Prairie but still Arlington ISD. Irving would be my last choice, personally speaking.
