I came across this DMN article about foreclosures in the area on Friday:
Dallas-Fort Worth foreclosures took a step back in 2009 | News for Dallas, Texas | Dallas Morning News | Dallas Business News

Also included was a map showing all of the properties that went into foreclosure in 2009 by city and zip code. Using that map and the one from 2008, I created this list which shows the percentage of each city's housing stock in foreclosure during 2009 compared to the previous year. Figures were provided for most of the cities in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and Rockwall counties. I originally posted this on the Dallas forum, but thought it would be of interest to Fort Worth readers as well.
