Where would it be located?

Any links/URLs of potential sites/discussion?

Primary interest is determining what areas around the lake might be a bad place to buy/build a home.

I don't think that is under consideration and I don't see it happening any time soon

if you are truly worried about it affecting your property values, just choose a location away from a major intersection
most land around Grapevine is corps of Engineer property so people can't build right on the lake line anyway...

I've lived in Grapevine for 8 years and have NEVER heard of plans to build a bridge. I'll ask my friend on the City Council, but I seriously doubt it.
