I've narrowed my housing search down to these two areas. I personally like the VOWS area better, not sure if its general feel or what. The house I want(its a d.r. horton) is in Mcpherson ranch though. Has anyone had problems in this area, it seems like there is a house for sale on each street right now, it also doesn't seem as well lit up as the VOWS> Any opinions on the comparison of both areas? I need an area that its safe to walk with the gf and take the dog for runs.

Both are nice- I live across Alta Vista in a neighborhood called Saratoga. One big difference is that MR is in Northwest ISD and VOWS is Keller...both are good districts, but might be a consideration.
