Hi there. I am a newbie with a quick question. We live in Grapevine and are looking to get away from the traffic and overcrowding. We have been looking out in the Haslet area and like the feel of it. It feels rural, but not isolated. The school district is also supposed to be wonderful. Our only concern is that it will boom overnight into another Frisco. Does anyone know anything about that area out there?

Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge!

Most of the new building is heading that way. Just take a look at Sendera Ranch. Hundreds of homes in the future in that master development. If you want space, there are some values in that area.
