maybe some of you already know about this parking option--
we got some free tickets to last Saturday's Cub game with Rangers but no parking pass--unlike our other free tickets that we usually get...

the Rangers' cash lots are pretty far away at the north end--by Arlington Convention Center-- and we had someone with us who is older with breathing problems (and no handicap permit)...
went on-line and found a site that carries lots of private parking for different venues
the one we used was for company that sells spots in their company lot--which is across from the Arlington Visitors center there close to stadium--

was able to get "reserved" spot and pay on line with credit card...
my husband dropped us off outside home plate entrance and then he parked and walked back...

walking back to car was not that bad for our friend and was certainly closer than the cash lots...

site is called ParkWhiz.com and then you click on the location where you need the parking spot--there are several options for Ranger Stadium--
we parked in lot marked 1 because it seemed the closest...certainly closer than the cash lots of stadium parking...

there are locations for Cowboy games as well...for football fans...
so if you are in the market for parking spot you might check this out...
we paid less to park here than we would have paid in cash lots at Stadium...

We were at the game on Saturday too That's great to know for future games, thank you so much!! Our little ones were NOT happy about walking that far, so we'll definitely look into that website!!

Another option is Six Flags. Quite a few fans pay or use their 6-Flags season parking pass. The far back lots at Six Flags are real close to the Left Field/3rd Base Entrance.
