We must all have that little 'something' that we refuse to cheap out on. What was yours today?

I do not make my California French dressing from scratch, although I would like to if someday I got off my lazy butt and found a good sugar free recipe for it. I love it over cottage cheese and tomato salad. My summer 'I don't feel like cooking and I'm starving' lunch/dinner go to.

Cheers

It was not today but we do not compromise on Hz. 57 sauce. We buy 10+ bottles when there is a sale and coupon at the same time. We have tried the store brand generics and we stay with the name brand though it is a very expensive for a sauce.

I just bought A-1, I saw the generic next to it. I would never buy generic A-1. Unless I was dirt poor.

I stayed home today, so I didn't "splurge on anything"....not even online.

Now last week, I went and got some art supplies at the local Walmart, and ordered a $4.95 Sweater, and 2 @ $7.95 sweaters {one for MOH, one for Xmas for my father, two kinds}, a marked down headlight lens cleaner kit for $2.95, all ON SALE ONLINE.

Don't you just love a bargain?

I left my lunch (consisting of a $1.29 Michelina's TV dinner and a side of peanuts) in the cooler at home... in my freezer. Go figure.

So I got some Arby's curly fries instead.

Nothing today. But, tonight I ate some amazing Lindt chocolate that I bought cheap at Grocery Outlet the other day. And yesterday I actually did two loads in the washers AND the dryers here at my apts, rather than use my little stealth apartment washer, and hang them up to dry in my shower. I just wanted them done quickly. It was heaven :-)

But $6.00 to wash and dry two small loads of clothes??? Yikes, that's so expensive!

A restaurant breakfast sandwich. A very infrequent indulgence, but I had an early a.m. oil change, and did not eat breakfast at home, so I treated myself.
