It varies, depending on what I need. Some weeks I buy nothing, some weeks I buy a lot.
Yeah, definitely. I looked at mine as I know we spend $400/month approximately, so that / 4 = $100ish.
For example, today I spent around $80 at Costco on things that will last us 3-4 months (409, Lysol, toilet paper, paper plates, etc). I buy a lot from Costco depending on what coupons they issue for the particular month.
~$125/week for 2 adults and 3 children. This amount includes both groceries and all consumable health and beauty items (such as toilet paper, diapers, cleaning supplies, etc).
We spend about $150 per week for 2 adults and 3 kids. We tend to shop every two weeks at the wharehouse club and then round out the shopping with meat and produce from local markets. This doesn't count the requisite 2 more gallons of milk that we have to buy in between trips.

I find that Costco is actually more expensive on those items, even with their coupons. I use internet and Sunday paper coupon inserts for those items, and get them for practically nothing at CVS, Target, Walmart and Walgreens.
Title says it How much do you spend on Groceries per week and how many people are in your family?
(I am including supplements into this since, legally they are classified as "food").
There are two of us and I would say that we spend approximately $200 per week - less in the summer when our garden is going.
Food is our number one priority and we do not skimp on anything as far as quality is concerned.
