This thread needs to keep going. It’s fun to hear what everyone likes the best.

I’ll go with the 30, or so, Stella d’Oro day lilies that are planted under my palm tree. I like how they die back in the winter. Just before they begin to peek through in February, I can spray any weeds in the bed, rake out the dead leaves from last year, and watch them emerge. Right now they are a few inches tall. They are my signal that spring is here in GA. They put out a magnificent display, and then bloom several times during the summer. They get Osmocoat on the holidays, starting on St Patrick’s.

We have some mint that tries to spread into the lawn, love the smell when the lawn is cut!
