Early season = less than 65 days from planting outdoors to harvest
Late season = more than 80 days

So far we have a race going between Big Beef, Early Girl and Mountain Pride in which we'll be able to harvest. All three have almost identical looking tomatoes in size( baseball size) color( green) and shape( round) and Big Beef and Early Girl seem to be about equal in number of fruits( about 12 each, Mouintain Pride about 6). That's not counting the cherry tomatoes, Sun Sugar has one tomato each that is yellow/ orange already and will probably be ready in a few days. We got a few sweet red cherry tomatoes off a potted tomato already but I don't know the name of it.
I'm watching Big Boy and although slower to produce fruit, the ones we do have look to have potential to be big ones. They are they more mishappen beefsteak variety that grow big.
