My gardener wife is as successful with indoor plants as outside. Here is a Christmas Cactus in a south window of our bedroom and seemed to bloom "overnight". There are four types in this one pot but the yellow and orange will bloom later. In the last photo you can see through the window our "tree of gold" (maple) which I'll show in the next post.

This is our "tree of gold". It was at it's peak yesterday but a front came through last night and the wind blew off lots of leaves, as you can see on the ground.

They are beautiful! Mine was outside, but got cold here, so brought it inside and put in a darkened back room. Now is budding, soon to bloom!!

I love the cactus. At one point in time, I had about 20 pots, all different colors. They were great for 2-3 years and then I started to get fungus and I let it go too long. I have beautiuful pictures of them that I look at occasionally...thx for your pictures, they are lovely plants.

Default Pale wilting Christmas Cactus

I inherited two cactus plants in 4 inch ceramic pots and they look pitiful. They are pale and limp. I found them in the yard( Central Florida) under an oak tree where they got well water from the sprinkler. They were in sunlight a few hours a day.
I love the plant, how can I revive them. They did not bloom this winter.

You need to specify if yours are the Christmas cactus mentioned in this thread. If they are not, you need to repost your own thread.
People knowledgeable about outdoor cacti may not be opening this thread about an indoor houseplant.

My Christmas Cactus bloomed about 2 yrs ago. Then nothing since then. The plant looks healthy and I keep it in light, not sun. Any suggestions?
