Hello everyone,
I bought some Miracle Grow soil around two months ago and have changed for some of my plants (this is for indoor pots).
I've noticed many small flies around those pots since I've changed the soil. Those flies look the same as the fruit bugs that appear if you don't keep fruits in the fridge.
Could you tell me a reason? And what should I do to prevent the bugs without damaging the plants

More than likely they are fungus gnats,, not aphids, very common with potted plants. Google fungus gnats and you'll find various sites for a remedy. Neem oil works mostly on the plant out of the soil, since they breed in the soil a systemic insecticide from a garden center will eliminate them for good.
Lowe's has it as well. Buy the concentrate and mix it with water. It will go a long way.
