I'm trying to map out the plants and trees on my property, and took a few pictures of them now that they are flowering. If anyone could help me figure out what I am looking at, I'd be quite grateful!

Plant 1: Camellia japonica (you can take a bloom to a nursery right now and possibly match it with the exact cultivar)

Plant 3: Redbud

Plant 4: Red tip Photinia

Thanks!

Art, I have (what I think is) star magnolia growing on a trellis, they are super tiny little flowers, right? The picture there doesn't give great perspective - the blooms are at least the size of my husband's hand. Could it be the same thing?

I'm not incredibly familiar with all the star magnolia's, but the blooms I see are typically 3-5" or so. Saucer Magnolia's can have really big blooms and are blooming right now here in Greenville.

Default Mystery plants here too

These plants grew out in my front yard last year. They've bloomed again this year, but there are a few more of them. Can anyone tell me what they are? Thanks.

Default Thank you

Thank you for such a quick response! They're so pretty to look at, there are more of them this year than last year and I'm SO GLAD they're not weeds.
