That ivy will cover it nicely. Just train it up over the concrete with a little string.

They actually make fake styrofoam "rocks" for just that purpose.

haha at painting it as a giant turtle or ladybug!!

I thought about one of those styrofoam fake rocks, but I thought it would make it look way more tacky and wouldn't "fool" many people into thinking it was an actual big boulder.

My SIL has a Propane tank that stuck out like a sore thumb. She solved her problem by painting it pale yellow then painted on vines and flowers, a few butterflies ect...

If you're not the artsy type, use stencils.

Build a hollow box out of the that wood fencing, I don't know what it's called but it's a bunch of strips of wood criss-crossing at right angles. Home Depot sells big sheets of this. Then place the box over the thing you're hiding.

I've seen condos with unslightly air conditioners outside, and they place these over them and it hides them really well even though you can see through them. Paint them green

Why not a cover with some kind of fountain or other yard design on it.Watch anything with hard roots near pipes tho.
