It seems that the small peppers work better, everyone I talk to say their jalapeños or whatever small variety they have is doing well.

Think it may have been the heat recently, because they seem to be doing better. Noticed several growing when I checked today.

Not mine!
So, what's YOUR secret? I planted 8 varieties from bells to Thai peppers and they look like 10 miles of bad road. It's not like i've never done this before either.

Any suggestions?

Not sure what my secret is, I just water them. They sure don't like too much water and they don't like to be corwded by other plants. They have a mind of their own.
