My neighbor filled a big plastic bag with water and poked a very small hole in it and put it next to the plants. It was dripping very slowly and kept the soil from totally drying. Move them to a shady spot, fill couple big water jugs or plastic milk containers with water, poke a small hole in it and you should be good to go. Safe travels.

Starter kit was $30 for about 50', it is called Mister Landscaper. We have several gardens, so we installed several. Great alterative to a sprinkler system. We take it out in fall and put it back in spring/summer.
