A while back there was a discusion concerning planting seedlings and the Arbor Day came up with multiple tree offer with membership. I'm sure hoping I'm not on the wrong track but can somebody who is familiar with this let me know who to contact and how it might work, we have several local residents in Nevada that are hoping to take advantage of the membership idea.

The trees they send are very tiny, so keep this in mind.

There are several good tree companies that offer seedlings. nurserymen.com (nurseryman?) and musser forests. Try to get transplants rather than seedlings if you can afford it.
They are cheap and higher quality than arborday unless you want to deal with arborday for some specific reason.

I agree I was reviewing the website last night for Arborday and the tress are quite small. We are planning on spending a couple of thousand dollars on trees immediately upon arrival there in Nevada. I also plan on getting some flowering bushes and I will continue to add to my landscaping bank.

Just a thought--I have a friend who waited until after Christmas and bought leftover "live" Christmas trees at a discount--the large 5 to 8 foot ones. Instant landscape trees from leftover living Christmas trees.
