Heh, my yard has plenty of dandelions (in a lull at the moment at least but this spring was a bumper crop all over our area) and clover. This article is reinforcing my slacking.

We planted zoysia to avoid all the care and fuss. It is not as beautiful as regular grass, but it spreads and chokes out many weeds. It withstands drought and requires little or no watering.

Something is not right about planting things when they try to show you that they definitely don't want to be there (take a lot of care). Unless you have a nurseryman, that is.
