What kind of plant? How much light is it getting and how moist are you keeping the soil?

Usually when re potting a plant it may droop for a day or three, dont over water it and keep it out of intense sunlight till it adapts. Odd all your other plants suddenly died, was there any obvious signs as to why?Major light or temperature change?

As for the little bugs i'm sure your local garden center can help with some additive that will cure the problem if just in a pot or two, i doubt the bugs simultaneously killed all your plants at the same time, if they did i'd get rid of all the soil you are now using for planting.
