My sprinkler system is set to turn on at 430am, 3 days a week. I put fertilizer back in April, so I am not sure if that could be the cause. I sprayed fungicides this evening, will report back with the results.

Is it hotter than normal for this time of year there? It looks like a sunburned section of lawn. Try soaking that section for awhile and see if it gets better.
