We enjoy our front porch all Spring, Summer and Fall, but soon, it will be too cold to enjoy flowers and company there....
Do you also enjoy your outdoor places where you can admire your plants and enjoy company? Do you have any photos?

I have that same banner!!! I hang it from my motor home!!!

We use our back porch all the time.. love to sit out and have a fire in the cooler weather and move to the barn area to have a full fledged fire. LOVE to be outside!!!

Don't have pictures but we use our porch for 3 seasons. Older house with wraparound porch. It is screened in with jalousie windows.

Mrs. NBP has also set up the yard in various "rooms" with chairs and small tables. Her favorite is in the back by the pond and vegetable garden, Adirondack chairs under a crepe myrtle. The downside, especially this year, has been mosquitoes.

I love those beautiful photos.

I only have a tiny porch at this house, just a one person porch but it's good enough for reading a book or working on the computer and almost being outside. It's screened in so no worries about bugs. I think I may have a picture taken from inside the porch looking out to the back yard.

What a beautiful view and such a serene place you have to relax, newengland! I wish I had a screened area. What is that vine?

It's just morning glories in a window box. I will miss my little porch area now with the cold weather coming on.

I don't have pics on this iPad to share but my back deck becomes an extension of the house in the summer. Have a small pond/ waterfall we built, mostly perennials in our yard with a few annuals in planters. I do a lot of my work on my laptop out on that deck. Unfortunately it's only 40 degrees here this morning, so it's ending faster than I'd like.

What a fun porch, Rdlr! Love the pink fringe as well as being able to watch the folks go by.

Building a back deck is next on the "to do" list. Just about finished the drawings, it will be time to actually start building maybe tomorrow.
