Can you identify this?-20131013_135248.jpg

Any ideas of what this may be? There are about 10 of them that have popped up in my flower bed in the back. They were not there last year, so I am at a loss as to what they could be. Any ideas would be great! Thanks!

UFO's. Typically they are more commonly seen hovering over area 51.

Definitely not a leaf. I need a better picture I guess. Almost looks like a small cucumber or something. Has seeds inside of it that look similar to a pumpkin seed.
