Fiddle fig leaf tree - spotty leaves (grown, 2014, purchase)

I have another issue with my fiddle leaf.
The new leaves are spotty upon purchase and the newer ones which have grown after purchase are getting them too.
I've tried chlli+garlic+onion solution and milk solution (with one week gap).
am i doing right? which treatment should i stick to?
