Hello, I'm new at gardening. I have three jalapeno plants in a large container. They seem to be doing really well. However, on one plant the soil turned white and then yellowish tan. It seemed to happen within a 2 day span. The other 2 have normal soil color. Any idea why this would happen? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
I can't help you, but I have a new bed of perennials in which about 8 plants were planted. Some did well and some didn't, but I had a plant turn tan and die when the same plant, a few feet away was fine. I am stumped too.
