I bought this beautiful canna, which I even forgot its name.......now my neighbor wants a cut. How do I duplicate a Canna that came as a bulb? Thank you,

Cannas are best propagated by dividing the rhizomes (cannas are not in the bulb family).

My yellow canas reproduce so prolifically I have to practically beg folks to take them off my hands. Just wait till fall, dig it up and you will probably have extra to share.

I love Cannas and wish I could grow them. Here they will only come back if you grow them on the south side of a building, up against the building or very near it. Unfortunately, the south side of my houses faces a fence 5 feet away and then 5 more feet to the house next door, so nobody would even see them.

I know I could dig them up each Fall, but I already do that with Elephant Ears and Bananas. I don't want to dig up/store anything else, lol!
