Some are dark red (look like not healthy), and some are more on green side.

No ideas if it supposes to look like that or it is not healthy. (first time home owner)

They are fine. Does one get more sun than the other? They will turn as the season gets warmer.

Looks like boxwood, and yes, they will turn green as it warms up.

It's just what boxwood does!
