looks like a seedling of one of the mulberries (morus---either the native red mulberry/m. rubra or the introduced white mulberry/m. alba) or paper mulberry (broussonetia papyifera). from the shape of the leaf, I'm inclined toward paper mulberry---but all three may have lobed "maple-like" leaves. the "true" mulberries have fruit like elongated blackberries (except that the white mulberry has white fruit) while paper mulberry has more rounded fruits. hope this helps
