A local nursery just called around noon and told me that a little tree, Magnolia Vulcan, just arrived with my name on it! I couldn't believe they remembered to get it for me. It was about 2 months ago when I first went to the nursery in an early spring day and I said to a salesperson that I was hoping to buy a rare magnolia tree called Vulcan. He wrote the name down and quickly asked my name and then hurried off to get something else . I never thought he would follow through, get the little tree for me and then call me to let me know that it's here. They even tagged it with my name already. Pretty awesome custom service.
